Arriving at the merits sooner, with less friction.
ForenzaSI carries the labor of a defense: collection, review, chronology, first drafts, verification. Counsel makes every judgment. It is licensed to defense firms.
Is my client right on the merits? ForenzaSI is built to make that the question again.

Defense has long been priced in hours, and hours compound. When a full defense costs more than resolution, cost can decide a case before the merits do. We built ForenzaSI so the merits can come first.
A matter is filed, and every phase of the defense is billed by the hour. When the bill outpaces the dispute, resolution can become the economical choice regardless of the merits.
The platform is designed to absorb much of that labor, every product of it reviewed by counsel. Designed so expense recedes and the merits remain.
The question is no longer “Will they settle?” It is “Is my client right on the merits?”
Some cases ought to resolve. When they do, they will resolve on the record, and the decision remains, as it always has, the client’s.
Litigation is priced in hours: reading, sorting, digesting, drafting, verifying. For a defendant those hours compound quickly, until resolution can appear less costly than vindication.
We have reconceived that work from first principles.
ForenzaSI accompanies a matter from the initial pleading to the final record. Every work product is reviewed by counsel. See all modules and demos.
Much of a defense invoice is labor (collection, sorting, transcription, first drafts) that supports a lawyer’s judgment without requiring it. That is the work ForenzaSI is built to take on. Counsel retains what belongs to counsel alone: strategy, approval, signature and advocacy.

ForenzaSI helps your team stand up discovery agents inside your own environment and shows you how to search your own data where it lives, often the hardest part of the work.
Nothing leaves your environment by default. You select the data to share, and it is delivered to the platform by encrypted transfer.
The documents, records and evidence you deliver are indexed and organized.
Counsel reviews the work product and directs the strategy.
The platform is designed to surface the most direct path to the facts, so counsel can see early where a claim is supported and where it is not.
No two matters are alike. The pattern, however, is constant.

The labor migrates to the platform. Counsel’s time is reserved for judgment.
When a defense is no longer prohibitive, the record may be pursued on its own terms. Resolution may still be the prudent course; if so, we will say as much. The choice will be the client’s, informed by the facts rather than the invoice.
ForenzaSI is designed so that private and privileged files remain within a controlled environment, segregated by firm and by matter.
AI is an instrument, and instruments err. ForenzaSI is built around attorney review: each licensing firm’s own lawyers review AI-assisted work before it is relied on or filed, and each firm remains responsible for that review.
Facing a lawsuit on your own? You deserve organized facts. We plan to offer a small set of self-help tools: a secure place to keep your documents, a timeline builder, and general legal information. Offered by request. They are not legal advice, and using them does not make you a client of any law firm.
If you want a lawyer, you can hire any licensed attorney.

Tools directed at the labor that drives the cost of a defense, together with onboarding and support.
Your firm conducts your matters. You load the record, the platform performs the first pass, and your attorneys review and decide. We provide software and support, not legal services.
Your attorneys retain every legal judgment, every filing and every client relationship. Your matters are walled off from every other licensee’s. Our team accesses your data only as you authorize, for support, and every access is logged. We take no share in your fees and pay or receive no referral fees.
Security: Licensee data is walled off from every other firm. Your data trains no one else’s tools. We work only with AI providers whose business terms bar training on customer data, and we are pursuing zero-data-retention arrangements.
