The challenge

A conflict discovered late is costly in every sense. Names arrive misspelled, entities hide behind affiliates, and a manual search of past matters is only as good as the memory of the person running it.

How Crossguard addresses it
  1. 01

The new matter’s parties and related entities are normalized: spellings, suffixes and common aliases.

  2. 02

Each name is compared against past and present matters using fuzzy and alias matching.

  3. 03

Possible overlaps are scored and grouped, with the reason for each match shown.

  4. 04

Nothing is cleared automatically; every possible conflict is presented for a lawyer’s decision.

What you receive

A possible-conflict report of name matches and aliases, for counsel to decide.

Every work product is reviewed by a licensed attorney before it is relied upon. Demonstrations use fictional matters and data.

ForenzaSI is a software product, not a law firm. It provides no legal services and no legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone. Platform licensing is a software service; licensing firms remain responsible for their own legal work and for reviewing all AI-assisted output. ForenzaSI pays and receives no referral fees.

Modules and features are offered by request; availability is not promised. Demonstrations use fictional matters and data, not real cases or results.
